Angela Kaufman

Angela Kaufman is an author speaker writer Certified Intuitive Consultant and Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Activist as well as an Astrologer. She is an Ordained Minister and a Reiki and Psychic medium. Kauffman was a painter who specialized in portraits. She created historical art during her three-year Italian stay. In 1765, she was appointed to Rome's Accademia de San Lucia. This was a testimony to her achievements. Angelica Kauffman stayed in England just for 15 years, but was a major influence. She is one of just two women who were Founders of the Royal Academy. Artist Angelica Kauffman died on November 5th 1807 aged sixty-six. Liz Powers, along with Spencer Powers, her twin brother Spencer Powers founded ArtLifting together in November of 2013. Liz was selected for Forbes 30 Under 30 and Boston Globe's Game Changers. Liz loves arts and crafts, and is fond of making out old books. In her spare time she enjoys walking, hiking yoga running sailing. Kauffman was introduced to the British Community in Rome when she moved there in January 1763. In addition to learning English as well as continuing to paint portraits, after a short time, the family relocated to Naples. Kauffman studied Old Masters works in this city, and later had her portraits sent out for an exhibition in London.
